The Lawyer (registration)
US firm Winston & Strawn has hired a second partner from rival White & Case in the Middle East. Shibeer Ahmed joins Winston & Strawn as the firm's head of Islamic finance. He joins the office today (1 December) and will be based in the firm's Dubai office.
